Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Opilote's fleet-management platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle, driver, and company information you enter, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Access to vehicles and data is scoped by the roles your company assigns (Super Admin, Admin, Location Manager, Driver).

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly based on the number of tracked vehicles on your account. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Opilote to track a vehicle or individual without appropriate authorization under applicable law, or to misuse the platform in a way that disrupts service for other customers.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. GPS data depends on your hardware trackers reporting correctly and having adequate signal.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement as described in your plan terms. On termination, you can export your fleet data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
